Booking a Session
To book a session with us, simply purchase a session. Our session fee covers our time together which includes our session, but also covers a 30 minute Zoom consultation before the shoot. Once the session deposit is received, it guarantees that we're set up with a session time and location and that you have a budget towards prints and digital images when we’re done.
We love to shoot just before dusk or in the late morning year round, depending on elevation. Once your session is purchased, we’ll send you a link to our calendly for our up to date available shoot times.
For repeat customers we also have loose plans to wait for a spectacular sunset and play it by ear. Lots of options, we love featuring a colourful prairie sky whenever possible so sometimes at 7:30pm we connect, mobilize, and hit the road. We're as flexible as you can be in order to get THE shot.

The Photo Session
Once we're on location we'll spend time with you and your pet(s), capturing a variety of fun situations in different locations depending on where we're at.
It is very important to us that your pets are at ease for the duration of our time together. We don't use flash photography as we feel it's not fair to the animals - instead we adapt to the environment we're in to use the available ambient light.
As well, we like to feature the outdoors, green spaces, and big prairie skies. We're so lucky to live in a part of the country with open spaces and pet friendly ones at that!

Photo Editing
We'll bring all the photos back to our office and edit our favourite images from our time together. We'll have a mix of pets playing, running, being themselves in the low-stress environment we provided for them.
We have 20 years experience editing digitally and so you can trust that the final products will be professionally treated and ready to show off.
Printing & Preparation
We will work with our printing and framing partners to beautifully assemble your final images. We use the highest quality printers and framing specialists to guarantee the final products will look great wherever they end up living in your home or wherever you choose to hang them.
Our favourite mediums are canvas and acrylic but of course we provide printing on paper and even metal. Our prints come a la carte or can be custom framed. Ask about our pricing around float wraps, gallery blocks or collage walls.
Gallery Preview, Printing & Delivery
When we have the final images, we will share a link to your gallery. From here you can choose print mediums and sizes and crops and choose to have them shipped directly to your door.
We quite often have repeat customers who want to get in a summer session if they already had a winter session, or vice versa.
