Common questions.
- Can I ask questions before choosing a session?
- Yes. If you are unsure which session is right for your dog, you are welcome to reach out with a question before you book. You can also use the quick quiz to get a session recommendation based on your dog's personality, comfort level, energy, and what you want to take home.
- Do you work with reactive, senior, or end-of-life dogs?
- Yes. Most sessions are adapted to the dog in front of us. Reactive dogs benefit from quieter locations and more space from other dogs and people. Senior dogs need slower pacing, shorter distances, and more breaks. End-of-life sessions are held gently, at your dog's pace, with no pressure or performance.
- What should I include in my message?
- Tell us a little about your dog or dogs: their personality, energy level, whether they can be off leash, and any health or comfort considerations. If you have a session type in mind, mention it. If you are not sure, that is fine too. We will help you find the right fit.
“During our phone consultation, Eric asked where I usually take my dog for walks, and we chose a location where she was familiar and comfortable. He was very gentle with her and found ways to work around the moments she didn't want to sit. I was incredibly happy with how the photos turned out.”
“There are not enough good things to say. Eric captures your life's favorite moments in the cleverest ways. The highest quality art out of my soul dogs' faces, they are forever my favorite prints. His responsiveness, natural ability with animals, and way to make any background or scene look like art no matter the ground cover or weather is an immense talent. Plus he was able to accommodate a rural photoshoot for my eldest pup that wouldn't have made that last trip into town.”
“Eric was absolutely outstanding to work with. He was incredibly patient and managed to get some amazing images of my three dogs. I would absolutely love to work with him again.”
“What a great experience. Not only did we get amazing pictures, we had a wonderful time. Photographing a dog and capturing their personality is very difficult, and an experienced pet photographer makes all the difference.”
